What is the delivery time? ⌃
We provide shipping across Pakistan via TCS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Bridal wear timelines depend on custom requirements and season.
What if the product color varies? ⌃
Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or printing. We try our best to present accurate product visuals.
Can I cancel my order? ⌃
Orders paid via card or PayPal can be cancelled within 24 hours. Instead of a refund, a coupon will be issued, valid for 60 days.
Can I amend my order? ⌃

Can I return the product? ⌃
We do not offer returns. Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
What is the Exchange Policy? ⌃
Exchange is offered within 7 days if the item is faulty or incorrect. Stitched, discounted, or bridal wear items cannot be exchanged.
How can I track my order? ⌃
You will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email once your order is dispatched. Use it to track your parcel through TCS.
What if my merchandise does not fit? ⌃
Exchanges due to size are not available unless the wrong size was sent. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
